Concrete often interrupts a natural vista. It carves its way across parks, providing an easy walkway to facilitate our transportation. It is not designed to look enjoyable, or agreeable; its grey functionality is designed to be abused.
I often like to disrupt the flow with my shadow as I walk. Here it lengthens in the weak light, darkening the pathway; providing an illusory barrier to those who dare to cross it.
